Robin, who is feeling down in the dumps (a nod to the cost of living crisis), is taken under Owl’s wing and shown all the Christmas activities around Oldham such as the Uppermill santa dash, the Christmas lights and the reindeer parade, which restores his festive spirit.

An animation we created for Peter Gabriel's 'So' 25th anniversary deluxe box set, commissioned by Modern English. The video features 3D elements and 2D hand-drawn animation. This was animated on two’s to give it a stop-frame feel, similar to Aardman’s Sledgehammer video.
An animation we created for Pledge 4 Plastics, commissioned by Modern English. Did you know old yoghurt pots can be recycled into new car bumpers? And old juice bottles can be recycled into football shirts? We were amazed by this too.

We were chosen to create a 3D animation for Fuel Storage Solutions to showcase their latest patented product ‘APIApipe’. After meeting with the team at FSS and seeing how the product worked, we created a storyboard to show how we could bring their two and a half minute script to life.
We were asked to create an animated explainer video for Smoove Move – a new app which helps people move house effortlessly. We took screengrabs of each screen in the app and created a walkthrough of the app in After Effects, comping in green screen footage of a hand to press the relevant parts of the app interface as they’re mentioned. The animation was completed within two weeks.
An explainer animation we created for Unibank – a portable power bank which can charge your phone or electronic device off-grid. We showcased its many features, and the white line you see throughout the animation ties in with the line which you pull to charge the unit.

A 3D animation created for Makem-Imaje’s eTouch-S applicator, an intelligent print and apply labeling system, in partnership with agency Pelican Communications.
The focus for this animation was to encourage Oldhamers to shop local at Christmas, after businesses suffered as a result of multiple covid lockdowns. Oldham Council were delighted with how the final animation looked.
A video we storyboarded and animated for Ylem Energy to explain net zero. We animated the video without cuts, so that it flows seemlessly between scenes, alternating between the blue and white backgrounds to tie in with Ylem Energy’s brand guidelines.
This animation, which we won via a competitive tender, encouraged shoppers back to Oldham’s high streets when the shops re-opened after the covid lockdowns. The council loved the 3D style we proposed, and were really pleased with the outcome.
We helped Doori bring their innovative tandoor oven into the world with this 3D animation.
We were commissioned to create a 2D animation for the Huntington’s Disease Association (HDA) to let people affected by the disease know what help is out there for themselves and their families.
Oldham’s Christmas animation for 2023 joins Ollie and Millie, local mascots, as they journey through the town to lift their Christmas spirits. Ollie would love to treat Millie to a beautiful hat for Christmas, but times are tight and he is struggling to find the perfect gift online. Will he find it? We had fun creating the rhyming script for this one.
